We’ve Moved in Congleton!

After 18 years in our much-loved premises, the time has come for a new chapter in Congleton. We’re delighted to share that we have now moved into spacious, modern, and fully accessible premises at 21 Bridge Street - just two doors down from our old home, next to Greggs.

Our previous location was spread over three floors, with reception on the ground floor, a testing and wax room upstairs, and a cellar used for storage. While the stairs kept us active, they had become a challenge, and it was time for a change.

Our new clinic brings everything together on one level, with:

• Two purpose-built testing rooms

• A dedicated wax removal suite

• Step-free access for all patients

The transformation has been incredible, and the new space is designed to give patients a more comfortable, welcoming, and premium experience.

Our friendly team remains the same - with Kay, who has been with us since day one, and Nikki, who many of you will already know.

With all the exciting new cafés and restaurants, Congleton town centre is thriving, and we’re proud to be part of its growth. This new clinic will see us through many more years of serving the people of Congleton, Biddulph, Sandbach, Alsager, and the surrounding areas with first-class audiology services and products.

And don’t forget - we are still at Glossop and Poynton, also offering free home visits or appointments at our partner opticians: Fox Opticians in Poynton and Jacksons Opticians in Glossop.
